Beyond Steel has been supporting a motorcycle OEM (India) with carbon fibre & multi-materials composite solutions replacing metallic (steel & aluminium) baselines. Structures include swingarms (double-sided & single-sided) & a rear subframe.

Using our 3D moulded composite technology, mass reductions of 50% have been achieved on the swingarms & 75% for the rear frame which included the outer panels with the structure.

The rear subframe moulding allows the customer to simplify their assembly line & further reduce costs in production.
